Turnkey remote work camps for projects where the roads end: accommodation, kitchen and dining, power, water and the people to run it all. Built by the team that has housed and fed tree planting crews across Northern Ontario every planting season since 2023.
One of our camps, from the air
Camp trailers, mess tents, generators and water systems we own, maintain and move every season.
Camp staff, cooks and supervisors who know what it takes to live and work a long way from town.
Mobilizing, supplying and moving camps in isolated locations, often with limited road access.
Every camp is sized to the crew and the site. These are the building blocks we bring.
A road-towable 53-foot trailer with a kitchen for crew meals, a small site office, hot showers and secure storage for workers’ gear.
Large military-style tents that serve as the camp’s dining hall and gathering space.
Crew sleeping tents with cots, plus bunkhouse trailers when available.
A generator sized to the camp, run, refuelled and maintained by our staff.
A potable water filtration system that treats the camp’s supply for drinking, cooking and handwashing, run by our staff.
Hot showers, portable toilets cleaned daily, grey water and wastewater disposal, and bear-safe garbage storage with regular runs out.
Satellite internet for the camp, on request.
Our own people live on site and run the camp day to day: power and water systems, maintenance, cleaning, and keeping camp safe and tidy.
Figures are Integrity Reforestation’s, published at integrity-reforestation.com. Integrity Camps capacity: 50–150 beds standard, up to 300 beds at surge.
Integrity Camps is the remote camp business of Integrity Reforestation Inc., founded by Matt McKernan in November 2022. Matt started as a tree planter at 19. Over more than 17 years he has trained and mentored thousands of field workers and overseen the planting of more than 220 million trees, which means a lot of crews living and working a long way from town.
Every planting season we already run what most projects need: remote camps with a kitchen and dining area, hot buffet breakfasts and dinners, packed lunches, clean drinking water, power, hot showers and laundry, and a fleet that moves people and supplies safely. Integrity Camps brings that same operation to mining, forestry, transmission, road and community projects.
We are honest about where we are: Integrity Camps is a new business line, built on our own seasonal camps rather than a list of past industrial contracts.
Fair pricing for clients and fair pay for crews. We value every bed made and every meal served.
Honest and transparent, putting the needs of our clients, our people and the land first.
Trust, respect and reciprocity with clients, communities and the crews who live in our camps.
One accountable team for the camp, from first scope call to the last truck out. Take the full package or just the pieces you need.
We plan, build, staff and run the whole camp so your project team can focus on the job. Sized for crews of 50 to 150, scaling to 300 at peak.
Clean, warm, organized sleeping quarters with lockers and power for charging devices. Choose from tent camps, wheeled bunkhouses and modular dorm units.
Hot buffet breakfast and dinner, a packed-lunch spread for the day, unlimited portions, and dietary restrictions accommodated. Led by our camp chefs.
Mobile camps for sites reached by air, winter road or all-season road, planned around how people, food and fuel actually get in.
Site layout, mobilization, camp moves and demobilization, with a reliable fleet of new rental trucks, 15-passenger vans, side-by-sides and ATVs.
Sized to camp headcount: potable water treatment with regular testing, diesel generators with solar-hybrid support, and greywater and solid-waste haul-out to licensed facilities.
Daily cleaning of shared spaces, washrooms and kitchens, plus in-camp laundry. Cleanliness and cooperation keep a camp healthy.
Extra beds and meals for peak construction, shutdowns or shift changes, alongside an existing camp operator or on their behalf.
When the camp comes down, Integrity Reforestation can restore the footprint: site clearing, reclamation and revegetation by experienced planting crews.
Our equipment and our people. We mobilize, set up, run and take down the whole camp.
We can supply camp staff, catering crews, equipment or extra beds, alongside your existing camp operator or on their behalf.
Hot buffet breakfasts and dinners, a packed-lunch spread for the day, and a camp that’s clean and organized when the crew gets back.

Projects in Canada’s north share the same problem: skilled people need somewhere safe to sleep and a good meal, a long way from town.
Exploration, early works and construction camps, plus overflow beds and catering during peak build.
Silviculture, harvesting and road crews. Forestry camps are where we come from.
Linear projects that need camps to move with clearing, foundation and stringing crews.
Multi-year road builds into remote communities and resource areas, with camps that follow the work.
Housing, infrastructure and development work, delivered with and for the community.
Many northern projects sit on the traditional territories of First Nations who own or are building their own camp and catering businesses. We want to strengthen that capacity, not compete with it.
Joint ventures and partnerships with community-owned development corporations, structured so ownership, decisions and benefits stay with the community.
We already advertise jobs through local employment offices and local radio, and reach out directly to First Nations band offices. We bring the same approach to every camp, with training on site.
Where a community-owned operator holds the camp contract, we can work under them, supplying overflow beds, catering crews, equipment or logistics on their terms.
“Relationships are at the heart of our work. From the bonds between our crews in the forest to the connections we build with our clients, we prioritize trust, respect, and reciprocity in every partnership.”
Integrity Reforestation, Our Team & Values
Camps are temporary. The footprint shouldn’t be. Our sister company, Integrity Reforestation, restores forests affected by wildfire and logging across Ontario, with each tree planted by hand and matched to the right microsite.
Remote work leaves little margin. Our camps run on clear rules, trained supervisors and a voice for every worker.
We start where we already work: Northern Ontario. We’ll grow from there.
Five steps, one team accountable from first call to final cleanup.
Headcount, shift rotation, access, season, duration and community partners. We visit the site where we can.
Camp layout, water, power and waste, menus, staffing, local hiring and a transparent price.
Equipment, food and crew in by road or air. We build the camp and get it ready before your crew arrives. Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks.
Meals, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and resupply, with a single point of contact on site.
Teardown, haul-out, and reclamation and revegetation of the camp footprint.
Tell us about your project: where it is, how many people, and for how long. We’ll come back with a practical plan.
